Purpose

These guidelines help ensure all members represent themselves — and the Hub — in a way that reflects our shared values and protects the reputation of the Burleigh Health Hub community.

Promote your services

and events held at Burleigh Health Hub

Tag

@burleighhealthhub on Instagram or Facebook where relevant


✔️

Use photos/videos

of your room or event (as long as no other practitioner or client is shown without permission)


✔️

Say you work from

or are based at Burleigh Health Hub (e.g., “Now taking clients at Burleigh Health Hub”)


✔️

Use your own branding, logos, and tone of voice

in your marketing


🚫 What You Must Not Do


❌ Do not present yourself as the

owner, manager,

or

representative

of Burleigh Health Hub


❌ Do not use the Burleigh Health Hub logo, brand colours, or official materials without permission


❌ Do not tag or associate Burleigh Health Hub in content that contains:


Misleading health claimsDisrespectful, discriminatory, or polarising viewsAggressive language, gossip, or unethical promotional tacticsExplicit content or imageryAny form of content that goes against our community values


❌ Do not misrepresent your qualifications, insurance, or professional capacity in any form

You’re welcome to use the following respectful phrasing when mentioning the Hub:


“I practise from a beautiful, professional space at Burleigh Health Hub.”“Offering one-on-one sessions at Burleigh Health Hub — a curated space for conscious wellness practitioners.”“Join me at Burleigh Health Hub for a grounded, aligned session.”
