Appointments can be booked online via our secure booking system.Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a cancellation fee or forfeit of the session fee.No-shows or repeated late cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings.

3. Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card via Stripe, EFT, or cash for in-person sessions.All services are non-refundable once delivered.
