1. Booking and Payment: Bookings must be made in advance via the official booking form or platform.Full payment is required to confirm your booking.Rates are based on hourly, half-day, or full-day use. Extended use must be pre-approved.Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days will incur a 50% fee. No refunds are given for cancellations within 48 hours of the booking.
2. Use of Space: The venue is to be used only for health, wellness, or professional development purposes such as yoga, meditation, workshops, or training.Hirers are responsible for setting up and packing down within their booked time. No smoking, alcohol, or illicit substances are permitted on the premises.Noise levels must be kept respectful of neighbouring businesses and residents.
3. Access and Security: Access details will be provided prior to your booking.The hirer must ensure the space is left clean, tidy, and secured after use.Any loss or damage to keys, equipment, or the venue itself will incur additional fees.
4. Cleaning and Waste: The space must be returned to its original condition. Cleaning materials are provided.All rubbish must be disposed of in the designated bins. A cleaning fee may apply if the venue is not left in a satisfactory state.
5. Equipment and Facilities: Use of provided equipment (e.g., yoga mats, chairs, projector) must be arranged in advance.Hirers are responsible for the proper care and return of all equipment.Wi-Fi is available on request.
6. Insurance and Liability: All hirers must hold their own Public Liability Insurance and may be asked to provide a Certificate of Currency.Burleigh Health Hub is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during use of the venue.The hirer is responsible for the conduct and safety of all participants during their booking.
7. Compliance: The hirer agrees to comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and health and safety guidelines. Public Liability insurance (Certificate of Currency) has been attached to this application.Emergency exits must be kept clear at all times.
